Uniforms of the Reich Armee in 1734-35, part 1: Franken Kreis

Franken Kreis (Franconian Circle) provided ab. 8 200 men to the Reich Armee in 1734. The contingent consisted of the following troops:
- Cuirassier regiment under Obrist Albrecht Ernst von Fechenbach (1727-34), s. 1735 - Erbprinz (then - Markgraf) Friedrich zu Brandenburg-Culmbach (in fact -Obrist Carico). It consisted of 10 coys of 94 (since 1735 - 80) men. The regiment also was known as Bayreuth.
- Dragoon regiment GFMW. Philipp Caspar von Linsing. It consisted of 10 coys of 94 men.

- 1st Kreis infantry regiment GFWM Hellmuth Otto von Bassewitz (s. 1732, in 1733 - FML, 1734 - FZM). It consisted of 11 musketeer coys of 185 men each & a grenadier company of 128, totaled 2163.
- 2nd Kreis infantry regiment GFWM. Johann Wilhelm von Tastungen, s. 1734 - GFWM. Johann Georg Haller von Hallerstein auf Kalkreuth. It consisted of 11 musketeer coys of 172 men each & a grenadier company of 131, totaled 2195.
- 3rd Kreis infantry regiment GFWM. Heinrich Philipp Holtzl von Sternstein (s. 1732; s. 27.03.1734 - FML). It consisted of 12 musketeer coys of 145 men each & 2 grenadier companies of 100, totaled 1940. The regiment also had 4 regimental cannons.
All troops were combined (maintained by several states)
